Expense Folder - Scrappin Studio

Hey all, blogging from my iphone. Pls excuse the alignment of the photos. For my dt assignment for sc i did this expense folder.

I'm terrible at keeping my receipts n vouchers so i figure out a folder wud help a lot. To store them temporary before i could actually jot down on my journal or excel files.

In fact i might consider to do one for each mth. That way i'd have a better filing system.

Hope u like the bright colours, i'm crazy bout it too!!! And i seems to be loving all my bright n cheery layout.

Cards For Papier

Hey all, sorry for being missing for 24 hrs?? Hahaha. Ooohhh i had a busy day yesterday n today. Just got time to update at this hour. I've got two cards that i create using the Feb kit from Papier.

You know i'm not so much of a card maker. I did try my best and somehow i always feel that i could do more. Anyway i hope u like these two. .:))

Sketchabilities #41

Playing along with my fav sketch blog!! Oohhh i love karan's sketches. She's so good.

Guess what?? I dont remember the material lists!!! Lol. Basically i used the bits n pieces of leftovers, but i'm pretty sure the base pp is from cosmo cricket. The rest are just doilies, tissue tape, gesso, buttons, stamp, lace n stickers.

I stamped the pink flowers, cut out n stack em up. Can u spot the wet glossy accents on my title? Hahaha. Yeah i didnt realised that until now! Ohhh well..i am human after all!! Lol..:)

I'm watching American Idol while doing this entry!! Hahaha...so i tried to keep it short. I would like to thank Yatie for the inspiration for this layout. U can view her amazing work here. I still need to do a lot of research or maybe trial n error. She did an amazing work with hers. I am in awed n inspired by her work. For more details on how she got her inspiration to create her page, pls visit her blog for more info.

As for mine i played a lot with medium gel n gesso, guess what? this is the longest layout to complete! It took me 3 days total. the first day is spent waiting for the medium gel to dry. I did piled up a lot!!! Hahaha. On the second day i spent gesso-ing the page, after that's done mojo went missing..i tossed it aside and only decide to do something after the third day! lol.

I would love to try this again, well at least until i'm totally ready!!! Hahaha. So basically i only use cardstock, pattern papers, mounting board, TH Dies, plenty of medium gel, gesso, mists n a whole lotta distress ink!!! Not that perfect yet but i'll keep on trying..

SC Feb Kit - Candy Shoppe

Ola!!! Hehehe..how's things y'all? I'm feeling great. Lotsa energy to spare tonite hence more rambling?? lol. Been missing from my scrapping table for a day..lol. Yeah that sound so unlike me but hey..it's a good move cos now i'm ready to create even more.

I was out with a friend this afternoon n i drag her to Daiso, the RM5 shop! That place is addictive! I just cant get enough. I'm high on plastic container, i bought heaps and came home n start to arrange my crafty corner. Seriously..it's spilling everywhere..*sigh*. that is a serious reminder for me to stop buying! But how can u resists right?

So my solution to stop things from piling up, i'm gonna scrap even more!!! lol. Mad..mad..mad. Okay enough of that. I've got not one but two layouts here. Both are done using Studio Calico Feb Kit Candy Shoppe. I've still got plenty of left overs, papers that is n perhaps will get one or two more layout from the kit. Hopefully before i received my March kit. Hate to waste it. Hahaha.

Hey all, i dont seems to have enough time blogging nowdays. All i cud do is log online, drop a comment or two, update my own (which is getting lesser for words )..hahaha. I get tired most nights, maybe because i scrapped during the day too n by nite time, i'm low on energy. I tried to do a simple project at night, my mojo is low n yeah sometimes it spells disaster! Mind u but i have few not so interesting layouts done recently. Not sure if i wanna share with u. So i learned not to do anything creative but maybe play a bit with my cuttlebug! lol.

'My Fav Boys' Layout for Papier

It was my turn again for monday posting at papier. I heart the Lost & Found MME papers. I love the thickness of the pp itself! Since i'm scrapping a layout of my two fav boys in my life i decided to have the whole page looking rather masculine. If u notice no blooms in sight! lol. A bird & cage die cut from Tim Holtz and i sprayed the mists closed to the page in order to get that blotchy effects.

I'm happy with the outcome. Oohhh btw i was told, there's only one kit left at the stores. So if ur lucky u might get that last piece! It's a value for money kit. The best part is u get the whole Dear Lizzy stamps in the kit. Have a look at the photos below. Isnt that a yummy bunch??? Hehehe.

'Who's That Girl' Layout For Scrappin Studio

I'm sleepy but omg..there's so much stuff to do!!! My mind is occupied with having to squeeze ideas for my next coming project with Papier. I was thinking of doing other than mini album. Already have the plans laid down and now waiting for the execution to take place! lol. It's gonna be different, fun! :))

Today is my turn to post at Scrappin studio, i have a couple more layouts using the feb kit. Will share with you guys soon. For now a layout of moi using the Candy Shoppe with add on's kit, Jaw Breaker and Licorice Twist. I used the button chipboard as masking to create the background.

Hhhhmmm if ur wondering...that's me in my early 20's. Hahaha. It was a studio shoot for a local magazine. No i did not make the front cover!!! lol.
