Mini Reunion MAS Batch 244B

I have not seen some of them in over 20 years. Suprisingly nothing much change except the figure!! These are my batch girl from MAS class of 1992. We finally got in touch with each other through FB but some of us r still uncontactable. As of today only 3 remain flying with the Airline.

Today meet up lasted more than 5 hours!!! There's so much to share, to gossip and to catch on old memories. It's one of the best moment in my life. Nothing much change attitude wise!! hahaha. We were still very happening, loud and full of laughter. I miss them so much without me realising it all these years. A friendship that is unique on it's own, fill with warmth and respect towards each other.

We planned for another meet up soon and hopefully next time we'll be able to gather more batch girls from the golden years!!! Hahahaha. I'm already so excited!!! Hopefully we'll see each other again..:)

A journal for a friend whom i have not meet in years!! An unforgettable person who treated me with respect and a mentor during my early office days in KLIA. A token of friendship that is small compared to what she had shared and put a trust upon me. Thank u zalina...for lending ur support. A friend in need is a friend in deed..:)

1. Thank u ana for a delicious lasagna. I did not managed to snap any photos and i hope u dont mind me borrowing a picture from 'mon petite cafe' blog. Yes it was delicious and within minutes half of the foil content is resting nicely in my bloated tummy!!! hahaha..:)

2. Thank u yam for the pointers and tips on techniques, also for the crackle paint and mod podge! i love it to bits and tried to use it sparingly. Too precious to be wasted! hehehe..

3. Thank you aziyan for a delicious 'red velvet' cuppies. I have never tasted such unique mixture before and now i know why it's ur specialty!! heaven...hehehe. Ohh ya..again pls excuse me borrowing a photo from ur blog..:)

Yes, again she sent me a parcel! Sis Lybeau..u have created amazing work of arts and yes u do have a magic finger! I believe in future u’ll have orders for ur handmade items!! It’s not so much about the $$ but..the satisfaction knowing others out there are willing to own a craft made by u!!! yesss..i will gloat and bragged about it every time someone wish to purchased any of my stuff!! Hahaha…

A Special Gift From Down Under

I woke up that morning only to find a parcel placed on my bedside table. Instantly I knew what it was, though I’m shy to admit but I’ve been waiting in anticipation for it’s arrival!! It was indeed a very special gift of friendship from sis Lybeau and not long after followed by her sms and a phone call all d way from Melbourne.

It was too much, too overwhelming for me that someone out there whom I’ve never meet in person could be so sweet, so nice and so kindhearted to hand me such gifts!! It’s not only because of d parcel but it was more because of her phone call!! Aaahhh sis..u really made my day n d day after n even at this moment! I was really touched and I just wish one day we will be able to meet. InsyAllah.

So here’s me parading the witchery blouse that I love so much. It was a perfect fit and so comfortable to wear. Again from d very bottom of my heart thank u sis Lybeau. Ur kindness n generosity will not be forgotten ever!!

p/s: I am excited about d cards too. It’s really amazing to be receiving others work of art! It was lovely..:)

Ol School...

I’m happy that it rain nowadays, so that I get to wear my sweaters, cardi, wrap and jackets!!! Oohhh yes I’m enjoying winter ala Malaysian style. Isn’t it wonderful??? So today in my agenda was a meet up with my ex schoolmate at Swensen’s Subang Parade.

I’m not gonna elaborate more on what food we ordered?? What do we talk about in detail. Well mostly we went down memory lane back to ol school days and reminisces the many2 happy memory and our naughtiness during those days.

Yes we were a bunch of loud, naughty schoolgirls. But today after almost 20 yrs of not seeing most of them..we were still the same!!!! Hahaha. But mind u..some of us are lecturing while others are professional in various field. And yes I’m proud of us all!!! Hahaha. Who would have thought despite being a menace we did great!!!

So ‘cheers’ to us and hopefully this friendship will continue hereafter…

Friends n Belated Birthday

I had a belated birthday celebration (Me n Ana) with Ex MAS Flying Buddies (Haliza n Yati). Location is at Ole2 Bali Sunway Pyramid. It was great meeting them n our kids had fun too. It’s not that often we get to see each other n when opportunity arise with a valid reason we hesitate not! Yes motherhood has consume most of our time but don’t let it be a reason for not catching up with your friends once in a while.

If anybody ask me..who’s ur best of friend, I would say..i have plenty. Each in their own individual ways. No one the same and I treasure their opinion n friendship. I believe if u do good to people they will treat u the same. Never envy of what others have. Always pray for the best for ur friends too. Remember..god is great.

I spend most of my time hanging out with friends and I feel good after meeting them. Be it with my ex colleague, ex schoolmate, ex college mate, neighbors n many more. I love them all. No matter what by end of the day I’m always glad that I’m surrounded with so much love. Thank u friends n thank you ‘Allah’ for all these fabulous people in my life.

And to us 4 stooges, may we be friends for life through good n bad times, we’ll be there for each other. That’s my pledge. I hope they feel the same way too…hehehe. One more thing..we should get a BFF bracelet !!! Hahaha. Yuppp now I feel like I’m 18th AGAIN!!! Wakakaka…
