I have to admit I hardly do any cooking at home. Reason being, hubby don't do dinner, as for me..most of d time I skip dinner n bibik will have whatever d kids are having which is 'ayam masak kicap' on most days hehehe.
So it's an accomplishment for me to be able to prepare something that is out of the norm. Yessss very proud of myself irregardless of what ppl might say!!! Hahaha.
This is the first time I cooked 'lontong' and the recipe was copied fm one of d many website available. Well taste wise I say a 'ok' for a first timer hahaha. I'll let d kids be the judge to that and so far all their plates are clear fm leftovers!!!! Bangga betul Makcik!!! Wakakaka.
