Image Over The Years...

Have u ever watch a movie n the image of a certain character stay hook in your mind and after which u tend to change a bit of this n that to copy/imitate your idol. Just like when the sitcom ‘friends’ make a hit tv series, everyone I know wud die to have the ‘rachel’ do!! Well I was not that crazy about her but those below instead.

During that particular movie phase I will at least have one thing in common with my idol..hahaha. So okay in no particular order (I cant recall which movie screen first) is ‘Kate Beckinsale in Pearl Harbour’. I was in love with dark red matte lipstick, pale eyeshadow, dark bouncy long hair, knee length dress/skirt. Even though I lack the bouncy hair heck I copy the rest!! hahaha.. (I think mac has one of d best matte lipstick collection)

Then came ‘Carrie Ann Moss in The Matrix’ short crop hair, leather pants and that to die for sunny!! I think it was from ray ban. Didn’t get the exact sunny but did get a black pvc pants instead!! Hahaha and plenty of hair gels for night outings!!

Next is super sweet ‘Cameron Diaz in Something About Mary’..ohhh yeaahhh I went bonkers with this one..straighthen my hair, lotsa gloss, girly cardy, flip flops, hair pins and arrrggghhh cute satin bags!! N not to forget capris!!!! Yessss I have plenty of those too!! Well this one kinda stick with me for quite sometime..

Not until ‘ Christina Applegate in The Sweetest Thing’ she made me obsess with red lip gloss until today. Yup I still have it in my collection!! N she made un matching bra n panties fashionably sexy!!! Hahaha..seriously, after that movie..who cares about colour coded!!!

Presently…hhmmmm I cant identify any person or image that I like to be associated with except mine!! Hahaha..no movie star to copy or no particular fashion that haunted me. Perhaps I have come to term with my own fashion/dress sense which is…’whatever I want it to be’ or in malay term..’my rojak’ fashion of the moment! Lol..okay ame what ever pleases u.
