SIL Sixth Blog Hop Challenge

I've submitted this layout for SIL 6th Blog Hop. Frankly speaking i had a good but tiring day today. We had a visitor from Saudi Arabia and i've been entertaining them from morning onwards. It was great and after a good massage at serenity spa I'm finding it hard to stay awake now. So just a quick update.

His Sports Day

It was a beautiful morning at Seri Cahaya as i watch him in his sports attire of blue t-shirt and track bottom. They march pass us at the basketball court and sing the national anthem followed by the school song. The event kick off with the kindy kids and then after for Junior 1, 2 and 3.

The overall leading team was blue, second red and finally yellow. It was well coordinated and by 11.30 am the whole thing ended. It was great seeing him having so much fun and not caring if he wins or not!! hahaha. Every student went back with a medal, they smile and laugh despite receiving  gold, silver or bronze or plainly said..i dont think it matters much! :)

Charity Dinner

Hi peeps. Ooohhh wow..i'm pretty tired due to lack of sleep yesterday. It's been hectic all day long with my son sports day and at night a Charity Dinner at Istana Hotel. I reached home at 1.30 am, sleep at 2, wakes up at 6am for Segi Bazaar!!! That's 4 hrs of total sleep !!! hahaha..lucky thing d bazaar is only from 8 to 2 so it's not bad at all.

So about yesterdays dinner..there were cheque presentation to various organisation namely cancer, pediatric units n to the homeless too. It was graced by DYMM Raja Permaisuri Agong whom by the way looks amazingly regal in her attire n presence.

Entertainment that night was mostly 'Bollywood'. As the theme of the evening was 'An Evening In India'. Miss Earth India was one of the featured models for the fashion show session and the sari's were amazingly beautiful. The evening ended perfectly with the departure of her majesty. Later we crash at autie Sharifah for an hour of coffee before heading home.

My Second Pair...

This is my second pair of 4 1/2" heels. *Sigh*..my first pair failed me in a sense that it's a total lost. It is now resting nicely in my shoe rack and i've only used it twice!! Not only i get blisters n pain but it feels like i'm standing with only my toes supporting my weight!! how crazy is that? I'm no ballerina so imagine the agony n pain i hv to go through.

Hopefully this second pair wont be so bad or not bad at all otherwise i will have to say 'sayonara' to it..*sigh* what a shame....n that makes me wonder..if everyone else can wear it why not me? maybe i have funny feet..hhmmm maybe....

SIL Fifth Blog Hop Challenge

I'm having so much fun sending in my Lo's for SIL Blog Anniversary. Every week i squirm in excitement waiting for the next challenge. Owwhhh how i wish this wud continue n every month is April at SIL!!!..hahaha.

I'm expecting a busy weekend. Tomorrow is my son sports day n afterwards gotta go n pick up my dress@gown for a Cancer Charity Dinner at 8 pm. Sat n sunday is the weekend bazaar at segi. Arrgghhh time to swallow more vitamins.
