Mission To Create & Scrap It With A Song

It's day 3 of being sick. Aarrghhhh i'm getting my bu*t out of this house tomorrow. I need fresh air some place else *note-shopping mall!!*..hahaha. Yeah i'm so gonna drag myself there soon.

Anyway, here's another 2 in 1 lo. It's my first submission for Mission to create, which is to use an office supply, orange&pink, scrap an item, rounded corners, use a punch and i used part of a song from Scrap It With A Song-week#11 as a title.

I am still sick, infact my son n hubby is down with fever too!! Aarrgghhh not the best time to do anything but sleep! I wish i cud do that all day..sleep n wake up feeling rejuvenate!! Isnt that everyone's dream!! Hahaha. Did not scrap much too, infact i had to do this 2 in 1 lo's since i'm not in the mood plus the absent of mr mojo

Over at SIC, the lo must have a pic of men n chipboard, and i used sketch#110 from Creative Scrapper. I used Pattern Paper from Little Yellow Bicycle Frightful collection, Bella BLV Man Of The House, Scenic Route Chipboard, Buttons, BG Porcelain Pattern Paper, Fancy Pants Design Pattern Paper and Red Corrugated Box from Local Bookshop.

I'm down with cough, flu and fever. My whole body ache and my head is pounding! but can u believe it i still did this entry!!! Hhhhmmmm..sometimes i'm amazed at myself! lol. I did this for LCOM but i think it is not one of my best. I was kinda weak but force myself to scrap. I even forgot which papers did i used. Oowwhhh well. Hope i'll get better soon. A Gift For Mom and Movie Day

Remember my entry yesterday? I was too lazy to upload n edit the photos from my camera, but i did managed to find time to do it today. Earlier on we took Alif for Toy Story 3 movie. As usual he demanded to have Buzz n Woody right away. We had to explain that his birthday is just around the corner n that Disney Toys are not CHEAP!! hahaha.

He need to be taught about the value of money and owning something. I failed to instill that on him earlier on. Being the eldest he always get what he wanted and now i panicked upon hearing him say this..' murah lah mama..200 ajerrr!!!' (It's cheap mom, it's only 200!!). So u cud imagine my horror!!! he thinks 200 is cheap!!! Hhhhmmm. Time to say NO, but i cud never do it. I have to leave it to Mr Hubby on that. He even compared why it's okay for me to spend on crafting while he cant buy a toys?? Eeeerrrr all i cud think of at that moment was this answer..'because i work hard!!!'..hahaha..yeahhh lie harder!!!

Anyway, i did a pink n black card for mom. I hope she likes it, even though Pink is not her colour..lol. Happy viewing.

Happy Birthday Mak

Mom turns 63 today. Happy Birthday Mak. She doesn’t want a celebration, given the situation we’re in right now, while my mak su (mom’s younger n only sister) is not in good health it’s just not right for a big bash. So I took her out for a steamboat dinner with my brothers. There’s no cake or candle just us having a small talk.

I understand her feelings at this moment. All she could think n talk about is maksu. We even visited her this afternoon before dinner. She’s back home cos I think there’s not much the Dr can do. No one seems to say or hear any good news now. Just a somber mood surrounding us. It’s hard n difficult to talk about it. I still shed tears, every now n then. Whenever I think of her, I still cried buckets except nobody knows about it. I’d cry in my sleep, while driving n when ever I have a single unoccupied moment.

I think mom did the same too. We never discuss about our sadness, we never dwell cos it’s too bitter to swallow. We tried to let go but the pain lingers. This is by far the saddest birthday for her perhaps because no matter how much we tried we failed miserably.

I hope we’ll be able to celebrate it better next year. I pray n I wish for her 64th. InsyAllah. Mak, may Allah always give u the strength to face the future. I love u..we love you…always………

Hey peeps, how's ur day? It been raining and gloomy here over at Shah Alam but my days are filled with activities up to this moment. I did a birthday card for mom n will reveal it tomorrow. So here's a layout for Scrap It With A Song Week #10. I'm loving circles right now..n i piled it up here..hehehe.

A Shoe n Hipstamatic

My story start when I was about to leave the house for Jazzercise and find my Adidas workout shoes missing!!! Imagine my frustration! Who wud want my worn sport shoes?? It’s totally absurd more so when my other good shoes are left untouch! Dumb, whoever he/she is!!!

So I had to drive to SACC mall to get a new pair. Mr Hubby said I shud get the one from New Balance Cross training. So I did and to make things better I even get the one in white n PINK!! Hahaha..i’m so loving my new Pair right now.

And last night hubby treat me to an itune application, anything under US$3!!! Hahaha..it’s fun to get a little treat once in a while and so I got this amazing photo app named ‘Hipstamatic’. A quick post before my Jazzercise tonight! Am i glad that things are back to routine and i miss Jazzercise terribly. My tummy's bloated after 2 weeks of 'eating' session and i know for sure i'll be working extra hard later. Hahaha.
