A few days back I decided to sort out and clear my scrap items n papers. I’m running out of storage space and I find a lot of junks in my drawers!! Not to mention the amount of tiny bits of papers!! It’s too precious to be disposed off n I’m beginning to feel like a hoarder.

So as I was clearing out d stuff I came across d idea to paste all those papers together on a plain manila cardstock, just like how they did a patchwork. After doing so I thought it would be cool to make an album out of it.

The album size is 15 x 21cm, which leaves me ample of space for decoration n embellishment. Right now I’m crazy for anything vintage n decided to apply that theme on this album n challenge myself to use mostly self made flowers. I sanded the edges, distress it n voila..it looks as old n ‘ugly’ as I want it to be!!! Hahaha..

But…I love it so much!! Now that it’s ready I was thinking perhaps I shud put it up for a swap??? Any taker? I wud lurve to receive something similar but..it must be something ‘vintage’ with recycle n if possible some self made flowers. hahaha

woohoo....what can I say...my mouth would readily say "I want the swap"...but the hands and brain...say "hmm not such a good idea, so I'd rather bail out"...im too novice to put up my hands.... but the least...the vintage album is indeed gorgeous....enjoy your weekends....xxoo

Mazlina..tq dear. Nothing great actually juz something that i thought of doing..more like a spur of d moment!! hehehe. Anything will do..journal, album, photo frame..it doesnt matter as long as it looks 'old' n 'distress'..hehehe
