25th Sept, Open House Trip

It's been a day filled with food, food n more food. Yes peeps that's how we celebrated 'Eidul Fitri' here in Kuala Lumpur. I've had like 6 open house invitation for today and managed to do only 2! The third doesnt count, it was a visit to my bro's house. We've been from Kota Kemuning to Kota Damansara and then to Klang and back home in Shah Alam. Yes that is a lot of travelling! hahaha.

A friend celebrated hers n son birthday today too. So it's a 2 in 1 celebration. She did one of the best 'Chicken Rice' in town! I love her 'chili sambal' and her chicken is roasted to perfection. Simply wonderful! I'm glad my kids towed along obediently too! infact it was one of their best behaviour so far. They played and eat as civilised as can be. There's no fighting, screaming or tantrum anywhere to be seen. Phheewwww...it was a relief.

I should call it a night. My eyes r half open doing this entry. I promised to blog hop tomorrow and leave much needed love n comment. Till then a sneak peak of my handmade flowers. After spending hours on tutorial, finally i nailed it!

Aidil Fitri 2010

After weeks of chaos..lol, i am finally back to blogging and routine. Isnt it just great to be able to do the things that u love..yes i'm talking about none other than scrapping!!! But before that just a quick update on this year 'Aidil Fitri'. Without a doubt this year is a challenge mentally and physically. I dont know how to start on the things that has been happening to us lately. So much unpleasant and painful experience. Despite it all i am thankful to be able to celebrate the occasion with love ones.

We went back to Kuching, Sarawak on the second day of 'Raya' and for the remaining 5 days we've been visiting relatives on my husband side. It is indeed a family affair, we didnt get a chance to visit any friends. Hopefully we'll be able to do that next year. Planning and time is very crucial indeed. Nothing less than 8 houses/visits perday. I am lucky that my children behaves like an angel. They hardly throw tantrum except for one or two occasion when they're extremely tired. Other than that it's smooth sailing all the way.

Salam 'Syawal'

The muslim will be celebrating 'Eidul Fitri' in 3 days time. Most people are busy with their 'Raya Shopping' and preparation for the 'balik kampung'. Cant say the same bout me. I am less than excited this year. I bet i've said that more than once in my previous entry. Those who've been reading wud know why. I miss her (dear aunt) terribly, it's only been 48 days since she's gone. I never failed to remember her every single moment. So this 'syawal' will never be the same.

But in case i'm not able to blog again for the next few days i wud like to take this opportunity to wish my readers and blogger friends a meaningful 'Eidul Fitri'. May your days be filled with happiness with love ones. Drive carefully and take care.
