I intend to do this entry yesterday but I was so washed out mentally and physically..hehehe. It was my first crop party and so I didn’t know what to expect. Acik Nah was sporting enough to tag along and like me she was blur as well.

We reached papier around 10.15 and waited for the rest to arrive. After a few minutes the party started with a name tag challenge. We were so nervous as we were given only 10 minutes to complete the task! I can feel cold sweat down my spine and my fingers were cold as ice! And imagine poor acik nah..who despite looking confused won the name tag challenge together with another scrapper friend. Can u believe it??? She won!! Congrats acik nah..so u see it’s d talent that counts..not ur slice, cuttlebug or Martha steward die cut machine!! Hahahaha…

Next up was the layout challenge. First lo is based on a song title or lyrics and here’s my take..nothing great just something that I could think of for a 40 mins time frame. The title of my lo is ‘bake me a cake’ a famous nursery rhymes. Second lo’s is the concept challenge. We were given a list of 15 items and we can only used 6. it was far easier than the first..hahaha.

I would sum up the day as fun..fun..fun!!! I like it so much and cant wait for more crop party!! I bet acik nah had fun too..what more she took home a prize!!! Aaahhhh me so jealous of her!! Hahahaha…just kidding acik nah..u deserve it! You’re such a creative being!

Lybeau..yeah sis, it was reaalllyyy fun!! it was my first but it wont be my last. Perhaps u cud look for a scrapping community at ur area kan..or perhaps u start one!! hehehehe
Akak Ratu..w'salam. Thank u lah sebab baca blog saya yg tak seberapa nie. I just started this hobby and suker nak try on many things. Naddy is a great influenced too..tapi nak belajar dari dia blom sempat. Insyallah one of these days kan..;)

Hye Jessy. yes i had fun..lotsa fun. Hopefully we'll get invited again. hehehe. It's great to have meet with other scrappers too..will definitely look fwd to more party. :)
