SC Jan Kit Layouts

Hey all, i've been busy keeping fit! lol but still managed to squeeze my time with scrapping and stuff. Finally i put my SC Jan kit to good use! I did 4 layout, one is for Creative Scrappers reveal next weekend. So here's sharing the other 3. I just kinda of love scrapping this style. No extra flowers whatsoever...lol.

I'll share another layout on Monday with minimum embellishment and really lotsa space. Hehehe. Anyway i've been having a tough time with little Ally, ever since my maid is back with us she's been extremely pampered and demanded for attention all the time. Crying in the morning to school and even to bed! Omg...seriously!!! At times she's really testing my patience and i hope...god i pray for things to improve even threaten by telling her i'd send the maid back if she did not behave! Sigh..hopefully things will improve next week. I really don't know what i'd do..

Project Life 2012 Pt1

This is my first year doing Project Life. I must say i struggle for the first few weeks. First, there's plenty of photo to print second, i'm terrible with journalling! At time i don't even know how to describe a certain picture or moment n i had to pause and leave a blank space for a day or two. Still at this moment i tried to at least write a simple story about my days.

Nevertheless i find that Project Life brings out more than i could imagine. I feel connected to my everyday life and i'm alert at things that's happening around me. I mentally take note of my surrounding and i guess that makes me appreciate life more rather than feeling monotonous about my days i know i have a better perspective and vision of my time. Sharing it here with you girls is somewhat special. Some of the photo's are very sentimental to me and to put it up here for viewing took a lot of courage! I'm shy to even share my album with my family! lol.

I'm loving every single moment of my Project Life and i hope i could cope in months to come. Slow and steady i'll make it work out somehow. Thanks to all the crafter's out there who's been a source of inspirations. I surf a lot to find out about PL and there's too many amazing blogs and scrappers who's into it. I'm going to complete my Jan PL tonight till then take care peeps...:)

Valentine's Layout & Cards for Papier

Ola ladies, happy tuesday! I had too much fun spending the long weekend with family and friends. So much so i feel so blessed and lucky that things had gone back to my normal phase. I create much too! lol..am now trying to get back to my usual scrapping time but somehow my style has change slightly. Oohhh u'll see what i mean when i post my Studio Calico layout tmrw. No..i'm no longer their Dt but still i get hook to SC kit and decided to subscribe as member's with Scrappin Studio.

Anyway i'm sharing this layout and cards set that i did for Papier. I'm using papers from Making Memories, Kraft Cardstock, White Cardstock, Prima Flowers, Doilies, Burlap, Pink Paislee Packaging, MS Puncher and TA mists. Oohhh btw that's the only photo i have left of hubby n me. Aaahhh..really we hardly have photos taken together and it's a rare moment to capture a shot of us! lol.

I was wondering too..since i have to design for next month layout class perhaps u girls could tell me what kind of things/technique you'd like to see or used in a page? i gotta keep the class below 2 hrs and yes we have a mixture of new and advance student. Thanks for sharing your ideas with me. It does help a lot...:))) and yes thanks for all the comments. <3

Creative Scrappers #194

Hey peeps, it's that time of the week again to share with you my layout for Creative Scrapper. This would be my second last lo for them. My Dt term is ending soon. Currently they are having a Dt call, pls head over here for more details.

It's sad to bid farewell but all things must end somehow. I am also in a weird phase of scrapping. For the time being i'm not keen for any Dt work yet n maybe when i'm more prepared and get back to being the scrappaholic i once was i would scout for more Dt work.

I'm just happy being me at the moment! lol..anyway, my lil princess is acting weird nowadays where she demanded more attention than usual. So gotta go n see what she's up to really! Time to go! Take care..:)))

Hahaha...yes i got my maid back and infact i have two at this moment and yet i find less and less time for scrapping! I wonder how could that be? Have i actually lost interest and focus? The spending never stop..i remember getting my supplies just before CNY and will get my SC kit again tmrw. The previous Jan kit and add on is left untouch! I'm not sure what went wrong or maybe i'm just taking a back seat with all the crafty thing.

Anyway thought i'd share a card i did before CNY holiday. The plastic cover i got from Daiso. It comes in a pack of 6 for RM5. So now i can just create a card and slip it inside the cover. No need for envelopes! lol.

Okay peeps thanks for still hanging out here. Hopefully this is just a temp thing with me. Till next time..:)))

Hey peeps..remember me? lol...I'm truly sorry for the lack of updates. Been away for holiday and came home not well. However i'm recovering..slowly but still i'm thankful that my helper is back to assist me in a few months time and if everything goes well i should be able to get my second helper in a weeks time. I feel so blessed at this moment to have someone helping me with the kids and house chores.

Gift Swap - Bird house

Hey all, yeah i've actually abandon this blog for too long. I just can't wait for feb where things are more settled by then. Anyway here's sharing my altered bird house. We (the scrapping queen group! Lol) decided to swap gifts for the New year. Each of us have to come up with one project and my bird hse goes to...the awesome Jamie Lee.

In return i rcv a gorgeous 7G altered tray from d fab Chris Lim! It was a fun day for us. I had a blast and i love all d awesome projects done by my fellow scrappers. Oohhhh i wish we could swap every month!!! Lol

So gotta go peeps. I'm blogging fm phone while trying to put my girl for a short nap. Looks like i fail miserably!!! Hahaha..:))))

My lil munckin turns 4 yesterday..oh well she's not so small anymore now. Seeing how she grew up so fast before my eyes brings back the memory of holding her tiny body in my arms. I miss having her as my baby and each day i never failed to kiss her warm cheek and feel her now heavy weight on my lap. I love her so much. I didn't get to blog yesterday about her birthday. To my darling daughter..'Happy Birthday baby, we love u lots!'.

Hey peeps, i had a very busy saturday! Woke up at 7 for Jazzercise Kickboxing class at Damansara. I thought i could sneak a lil nap in the afternoon but..yup u guess it right, the kids!!! They were bugging me for drinks and snacks all day. Even after a heavy lunch, Alif esp constantly asking for food! Omg..how much can an 8 years old eat???? lol.

Dinner at night to celebrate double birthday, dad's was yesterday and Ally today. So we decided to do the celebration together. There's only us, mom n dad. I'm happy and thankful to be given the opportunity to celebrate dad's bday again this year. Happy 63rd dad! We love u so much! Thank you..for taking care of us even till this moment. We wud be lost without u!

This is a continuation of yesterday posts of my layouts that i did not submit for Webster Pages Clean & Simple Dt Call. Still using WP Papers and mixture of embellishment, i created a clean & simple look even though my hands itch to add more! lol.

It's the second day of kindy for Ally and first day of school for my son Alif so u can imagine the morning madness and rush! We woke up n get ready, have a quick breakfast and woossshhhh we're out the door. Hubby and me drove different car to 2 different place, yes one head north the other south! lol. I'm convince too by the end of the month with this ordeal..i'm gonna lose weight as if saying bye to yesterday! Yup..that fast! lol.

Today is my lil angel first day at Kindy. Omg..i am one proud mom! I was praying things will be easy for us. I expected screams and wailing coming from her but i was wrong!!! Yes, she was nervous and panic for the first hour but after seeing her spread on the floor with activity books my heart flutter and yes i was so proud of her!!! Not even a single tears! I was beaming with happiness the whole day and nothing could pull this feelings away.

Anyway, lets hope for the same tomorrow perhaps much better. So here come's the layout that i did not submit for Webster pages Clean & Simple Dt call. Why if u ask? Simply because i'm not ready for the commitment! Not just yet..not because of rejection. I'm fine with the latter but since i am still maidless at the moment and tell ya the truth i cant even find a decent free time to do my own facial at home!!! lol. I was tempted and on the last minute decided not turn in my project! 3 lo together using webster papers.

Instead i will just share it with u here. Sad, isn't it..not being able to create as u wish. I have come to a point of frustration at times. There is plenty of dt call in Nov & Dec but i cant even seems to think straight and send in my application! *sigh*..perhaps 2012 will be good for my crafting. It started off great and i hope this maid issue will be settled soon enough before i went really bonkers!

I have two more layout to share in a few days time. Till tomorrow, take care peeps...:))))

Altered Dusty Attic 12x12 Shadow Box

Ola peeps. How was your New Year Celebration? I hope it went well and everyone had a good time. I was busy preparing for the kids new school term. Yes i know very last minute! Hahaha. Anyway i still need to struggle to finish few tasks tomorrow. Starting wed things gonna get a little hectic here with 2 kids in school and running around with errands, pick up's and to Papier all in a days work is sure sounds too much for me! lol. Anyway i'm hoping i'm able to cope, the important things is planning! Yup..gonna try my best!

Here's sharing my altered project that was long overdue! Hahaha..finally i cant wait no more and decided to go ahead with it. The original box color is kraft and i painted it with MS paint and medium. After embellishing i spray misted the side with Tattered Angel mists. I'm sure u can spot Dusty Attic Chipboard, Gauze, Prima Pattern Papers, Prima Flowers, Lace and more.

I hope i'm able to see u here again but no promises. My madness starts tomorrow! lol...:))))

Last 3 Lo for Scrappin Studio

It's sad to bid farewell to something that u enjoy doing. I've been given an amazing opportunity to be in d design team for Scrappin Studio. It's been a great year for me. Thank you Jamie for believing in me.

I cant wait to see what's lining up for 2012. I'm sure more inspirations and more good stuff from Studio Calico. Here's my final 3 layout that i did using my Dec kit.

Love Me Do Cards - Papier

Hey all, sorry i didn't get to blog yesterday. At Jazzercise class we had 'Lady Gaga-Telephone' routine and yes it's a KILLER for abs!!! omg..i'm convince i lost not only inches but half of my soul too!!! lol. It was intense and yes lotsa screams going on more because of agony than excitement! Hahaha.

Anyway i created this 3D card for my Papier dt posts. The base is actually from a duct tape roll. I cover it up with pattern papers and add cut out images using 3D dots. A lot of fussy cut here but it's very straight forward really. Cut n paste! easy peasy.

I'll be sharing more tomorrow...hopefully! lol. Thanks ladies for leaving such wonderful comment! *hugs*

Hey all. Merry Christmas!!! It's 2.20 am in Malaysia n yes i'm blogging from iphone. I've just discover Retrocamera application on iphone, funny thing is i've had it for ages but since i'm hook on instagram i've never bothered to try it. So finally i did it this morning. U can see my edited photo here using retrocamera.

I've altered my 7G drawer!!! Yeeaayyyy finally!!! I'm loving the new look n hope u do too n also my latest batch of atc's for Dec. Planning to do few more batches of that soon..if i managed to find time that is!!! Lol.

SC Nov Kit Layout

Hey peeps, it seems as it gets nearer to end of the year things seems to be even busier! lol. I'm hardly home been running in n out of d house. Today no exception. Broke my bank account too! Seems like the kids gets toys every other day and mommy get scrapping stuff every week! my oh my...if this continue we'll eat more instant noodle at home! Hahaha.

Anyway, i did this layout like way back in Nov and totally forgot that i had em in the piles of lo under my table. Just sharing here with you girls using Nov Studio Calico kit. Altered Solo Shadow Box For Scrappin Studio

Ola ladies, been a busy day at home for moi. Aaarrgghhh not going into details here, same ol same ol. Anyway i've had a chance to alter a shadow box that i purchase from Jamie, Scrappin Studio. You can get yours here. I used SC Dec Main Kit Brooklyn Flea together with Add On's Printers Drawer & Salvaged. The only add on items from my stash is Prima flower, Mini bottle and Gauze.

I had a lot of fun doing this one here. It gives me such joy to see the completed box! I just need to find a good space to display it. Anyway this is my final month designing for Scrappin Studio. It's been a great one year! Time flies when ur having so much fun right! Thank you Jamie for giving me such a great opportunity to work with the other talented ladies namely yourself, Jessy Christopher and Iris Uy. They have been such great inspirations for me.

I'm sure come 2012 Scrappin Studio will have more great designers joining the new term dt and i cant wait to see more projects and challenges for the coming year. All the best to Scrappin Studio and their new dt team! I will always be here to support my talented friend Jamie. Tq all..muuaaahhhhh!!! :))))

More Altered Box

Loving my weekend! Today we had a Papier design team meet up for 2012. So looking forward to introduce the girls soon. Yes, the team at papier is expanding and we'd love to have more fresh talent in the future. So a shout out to Malaysian scrapper out there. It doesn't matter if you've just started scrapping recently just send in your resume to us! You might be who we're looking for! A lot of workshops and planning for 2012 too. Can you tell i am so excited! I have so much to share and yes will take it one step at a time! lol.

Anyway, i came across this cute box at daiso and i actually love the raw look of it and decided not to paint, stamp, mists or do anything to it other than adding embellishment! lol. Yes for once i like to keep it that way! What did i do then? Oohhh well just adding a door handle on the front together with my handmade ribbon flower, gauze, tulle, prima blooms, MF resin and stick pin! Also i added Bo Bunny charms and seam ribbon on the back. That's it and i'm happy! Hahaha.

Made To Order-Card

Great day! Love saturday, love teaching, love hanging out with the kids. Yes all of that today! lol. I figure out of all the things that i taught at Papier, layout is still my number one fav's! There's no describing the special feelings i have with designing a 12x12 page. It feels magical just to see a completed layout by my student! Bliss!!!

Anyway today i'd like to share a card made to order from a friend for a bf birthday. She loves pink and purple and i tried to used mostly those colors requested. I decided to go with a different approach other than the conventional looking card i'm used too. This time i create a pocket and a tag. Embellishment comes pretty easy as i had most of the items scattered around my scrap table.

I whip this out in a hurry as i only have so little time to spend creating nowadays. It's a tough thing really trying to juggle house chores, kids, scrapping and classes in between. I have to admit at times i just feel like giving up..totally! Was thinking to forget about scrapping for the time being and yeah that's the sound of frustration right now. Seriously, i had so much ideas to execute but so little time! Please pray i get through this phase in my life without going insane!

Dec Layout Class at Papier

Hi there. It's been a productive week for me. I'm happy i get to create more though not as often as i used too but it's okay at least i did get things done! For Dec i have a layout class going on at Papier scrapbook store. For those residing in Kl come and join my class which is schedule to be this Sat, 17th Dec at 11.00 am. Still there's place for those interested.

You get to play with alcohol ink and stamping on transparencies (my fav's!) lol and my usual style of layering. There's a pocket behind the main photo to slot in tags and as you can see..i have another pic on the tag. Not much fussy cut so this is good for the beginners too who somehow are so afraid of the scissors! Yeah i got that a lot in my class. The 'i'm not good in cutting' statement but rest assured once u get the hang of it..well there's no stopping you! Hahaha.

This class is running only for Dec after which the next class will feature a different kind of technique and papers. So hurry and register now as i have very limited embellishment for this layout. Thanks for dropping by my humble blog and thanks for leaving me much love! :))))

Been a great day today. All because i didn't have to do much house chores! lol. I had my weekly cleaners came in for 2 hours and the house is basically spotless clean and also the garden been taken care of by a random grass cutter who happens to pass by the area and offered to cut the grass for a mere RM20! Bless!!!

So what did i do with the extra hour at hand? I did a bunch of headbands for my girl! Yippeeee. I bought the metal band at a local shop and i'm happy to finally get the chance to decorate it! Ally love em to bits and decided to keep em all for herself! I ask if i cud share and with a stern voice she said NO! lol. Guess i'll have to get more!

Anyway here sharing a layout i did for Papier blog posting on monday. This one is a simple one, frankly speaking i was tired when i whipped up a last minute work for that piece as i just got home from Kuching. So yeah, not my best and certainly not my favs. I promise to have something better next week.

Happy Monday peeps! I'm feeling much better and today it's been a productive day so far. Got to scrap all my due assignment without interruptions! lol. Yup the kids is spending time at my mom's. I'm glad my parents is such an understanding being. Sometimes the offer came without me asking. I'm blessed! :)))

SIL Final Challenge

Hello everyone, finally things has pretty much settle down for us. It's been an emotional and physical turmoil for everyone, me in particular. I was so tired and drained out of energy till my body no longer can cope and i had a terrible migraine and came down with flu.Only today i managed to get back in rhythm and slow down my pace a lil. Things are looking so much better. Thanks for the wish and condolence for the recent passing of my Father In Law.

I will not be able to update my blog just yet. My family had a great lost. My father in law passed away on 3rd Dec 2011. It's been a sad day ever since. I'm still at hub's hometown in Kuching, Sarawak. Will be here for the next few days. Words fail to describe the emptiness within. Rest in peace fil, Wan Muhammad Tuanku Shukran. May Allah bless his soul. We miss you dearly. Al Fatihah.

Papier Dec Layout Challenge

A while back this layout was posted over at Creative Scrappers Blog for CS184. Heart the sketch for this one and again i decided to go for bright colors and kids picture. I decided to change and play around with other style every 2 sketch. I have a totally different style for Dec.

Mini Tag Album For Papier

Just home from Papier, teaching Nov Mini Album class using MME papers and chipboard stickers. Today is my posting for Papier blog and i have a mini tag album to share.

With the remaining of webster pages papers from my dt kit i create a 4'x4' mini. The borders is punch using my fav MS puncher and glued the bottom n side part only leaving the middle part open to slot in tags.

Those tags are cut using a sizzix die cut and few are from Melissa Frances. I embellish with fussy cut bloom, lace, buttons, stickers, butterfly punch from MS and cupcake liner.

Handmade Mini Album - Scrappin Studio

I love sunday! oh let me rephrase that..i love school holidays!!! Such a bliss to sleep late and wake up as and when i wish! Hahaha. The kids are happy too cos we seems to take our own sweet time planning for a day activity. No rush no pressure!

Anyway i'd like to share another mini created using Nov Studio Calico kit Handmade and Add On's from Tatting & Pin Cushion. For those new here, you can get your kit at Scrappin Studio. If you hate wait lists then here's your chance to get ur kit earlier.

The aim of creating this mini is to have lots of pockets to store tags. Yes currently i'm obsess with pockets and tags! lol. So just to warn you another posting tmrw is all about pockets n tags too!!! lol. Yes i'm in a phase peeps..yet again!!!

I've got a total of 10 pages and with SC kit it's easy to embellish your mini. Everything is well put together! Give yourself a shot and do try on the kit. Till next time..have a good day..:))))

Emeline's Workshop At Papier

Oowwhhh pardon me for the late posting of Em's workshop at Papier on d 19th Nov. It was awesome to meet Em again and like always gorgeous work from her. Totally shabby chic queen!!! I love her choices of colors for both altered projects.

We did an altered box using Webster Pages n frame using Melissa Frances. We played with medium such as Bee's Wax, Martha Stewart Paint, Gesso, Texture Paste, Glimmer Glam, Glimmer Glaze n many more! Guess which is my fav part??? Making that satin flower!!! Love..love..love!!!

Thanks Em for taking time preparing the awesome kit for us! Ooohhh do come back next year!!! :)))

Nov Layouts - Scrappin Studio

I cant believe i'm wide awake at this hour!!! Omg it's 1.35 am n it's been a month since i sleep late. So since i cant doze off yet i'd like to share two lo using Studio Calico Nov Main Kit n Add On's.

Wish i had more time cos i have plenty left in my stash to create another layout or two. For my next posting at Scrappin Studio i'll be sharing a mini album n guess what? It's my fav Calico Album to date!!! Seriously i put more effort and i'm happy with d result.

Anyway for the first lo i misted d background with white calico mists and i've used another pattern paper as masking. The rest is just layers of embellishment. The second page is very straight fwd n again misted background. Can u see d misted brown patch? Something's definitely wrong with d bottle noozle! N it's my fav Calico colors!

Helllooooo Monday!!! Helllooooo to School Holidays!!! Yyeeeaaayyyy...guess what? I woke up at 8.30!!! Wowwww it's such a blessing to get the extra hours of sleep!!! i love it! I'm feeling rejuvenated and with this kinda energy i wish i cud scrap!!! lol..but that'll have to wait! Lil Ally is still lazying around and refused to shower just yet. So i'm taking this opportunity to blog! Hahaha.

Okay here's sharing a layout i did for Papier, using Webster Pages pattern papers, Kraft Cradstock, Prima Blooms, Dusty Attic Chiopboard, Doilies, Tatteres Angel Mists, Buttons, Stickers, Trims, MS Puncher and Old Music Sheet.

Hey peeps, today is my first reveal as Creative Scrapper Dt for sketch 182. I'm nervous and excited at the same time. I tried to be creative with the sketch and was planning not to stick to only one design style. For the first two reveal in Nov i've decided to play with bright colors and fun layout. For Dec i'll change my style to something..aahhh let it be a surprise eehhh.

Atc's and Altered File

Hey peeps it's my turn to post on Scrappin Studio blog. For this week i'm sharing an atc's and altered file. I know my time at my craft table is very limit nowadays and basically i have to create fast. Most of the time i had days to think n plan of what i want to do and when the right time comes i execute it like a mad girl! Hahaha..grabbing and glueing everything in a second! That's how precious my time is.

Anyway i did these project in staggered cos at first i was not happy with the outcome and had to let it sit for a few days before i finally managed to complete it. The red file/folder was a cheap buy from Daiso. I don't really fancy the plain cover and i think this is the best time to alter them with my Nov Calico kit 'Handmade'.

I have yet time to create with all of my main kit and add on's. Hopefully soon. Till next time. Nite2 all..:)))

A day of celebration!

Years after years my birthday has always been family affair n i'm not complaining either. I like to keep it that way forever! Lol. We had a day out on Nov 7 as it was public holiday in Malaysia. My choosen destination is KLCC..well for a good reason! Hahaha.

Yes i demand a pressie from hubby..poor guy had to splurge for moi but i bet it was all worth it cos i nag less and the kids are happier??? Lol... Anyway i've had this vision of my special bag but due to the ott pricing i had to settle with the ones pictured here. My dream missy C wud have burst hubby's budget! Oowwhhh well there's always next time i hope.

Also i bump into my fav store..Sephora!!! I've secretly wish they wud set sail in Malaysia way back then but nevertheless they're here and i love em to bits!!!! Like a kid in candy store i still wish i had more time exploring and i think the ones at Bukit Bintang is much larger than KLCC.

I hardly spent time on my craft table, the only thing i managed to whip up is all dt projects. The house chores is taking so much of my time n it goes on n on..day in day out!!!! Oohhhh i miss my ol days of spending time crafting, browsing or watching telly!!! I hope this situation will not last..my mind n body can only take so much. Frankly i'm not built for these! It will take months n years of training n soul searching!!! I'm wishing for a lil miracle...let it be soon....

Hey peeps. Again mobile blogging while putting the kids to sleep. I'm feeling over the moon right now cos finally i managed to step into Sephora at KLCC but..guest what? Half of the items that's in my shopping basket belongs to lil princess!!! Yup she went mad looking at those pink packaging!!! Lol..she grab a lipgloss, body lotion, bath gel and a pink beauty case! Omg!!! She's my daughter alright, no doubt about that!

Anyway i'd like to share my recent project for my dt post at Papier. Something that i did yesterday in an hour!!! Hah..yup, make used of the spare hour to complete this! I've got a simple tutorial on how i did the black record pls go to Papier blog. The link is on my side bar.

Hey all...i know it's so unlike me to abandon my blog this way! Oohhhh so much things going on in my personal life. A lot of adjustment and worst still i have not created anything for d past 5 days!!! Totally dead tired from house chores etc2. I'm drain out of energy and ideas. Mojo is very low..i think i'm at my lowest point in my life.
Still i'd like to take this opportunity to wish my muslim friend 'Selamat Hari Raya Aidil Adha'. School is off for tomorrow and i hope i cud create something. I have few pending project and for once i'm not sure what to do! Oohhhh wish me luck peeps. I'm going through a turmoil phase in my life!

I'm thankful for mobile blogging! Pheewww it is such a relief to know i can blog while lying down in bed in total darkness!!! Lol. I'm putting d kids to bed n as long as there is lights, music n tv it seems impossible to achieve my mission.

News peeps!!! As of Nov 2011 I've been appointed Resident Designer for Papier , Malaysia local scrapbook store. Weee...with a new role comes a new challenge and responsibility. Those who knew me knows that i dont take things lightly..or more to say i'm a darn workaholic! Ooppsss sorry Macy if u find that the studio is being conquered by moi!!! lol.

Yes i'm planning a whole lotta activities for the store and blog. Let's just hope i grow more hands n feet!!! Hahaha..yup will be running around with interesting stuff for the customer and readers. Also if you happens to like anything that the store did not carry you could always put forward your idea. Yes we welcome contribution! Classes can be catered to your needs too..let us know what fancy you and the dt will try to work around your ideas.

Hey ladies, wow i had a greeeatttttt time during PCM yesterday!!! I did enjoy myself too much after all how often do i get to meet most of Papier's members right! Anyway today i'd like to share a layout for CS 179. Lots of layering and for this page i used stash from glitz's pattern papers, prima flowers, Chipboard stickers, buttons and corrugated board. Lots of layering (my current favs) lol.

I have a day left before maidless. Not sure how i'm gonna cope! Aaahhh wish me luck. No replacement for the time being. One thing for sure ur gonna see a slimmer me! yup..i always lost weight when maidless. Wish me luck and i hope i have time to spend blogging...it's a sad phase..:((((

2 more days to PCM!!! I'm excited and can't wait to meet all the scrappers and still i'm clueless of what to wear! lol. Never mind there's still time to come up with something..hopefully..hahaha. Today i like to share a layout for The Color Room. I love this week color palette,a gorgeous combination! I love the white and so i created a page of me.

If ur wondering about the title, it's actually about an accessories store called Diva! It's not about me being a Diva! lol. I was having a spree at the store and can't help but to pose with all the beautiful vintage looking necklaces, bangles and rings! The collection is simply awesome from chic to vintage and so on.

My current fav's on a layout is layering! Hahaha..so if u see my layout in real live everything is elevated from the page and that's how the photo pop. I use thick corrugated board behind the photo. More of those coming ur way..lol.

Happy Diwali to those celebrating. It's a long school break here in Malaysia but somehow the weather does not permit for an outdoor activity. It's been raining day n night. My boy is complaining that he cant seems to go for a swim, the playground and so on. I have to think of an indoor activity for him. He's getting bored by the day! lol.

Layout and Update on PCM

Hey ladies. Wow it's been a long day for moi. Back to back classes at Papier and managed to finish one sample layout at the store itself! Hahaha. Yup dead tired but not to worry i love doing it over n over again...lol. Anyway today is my posting for Papier blog and i have one final layout for this month.

Using October Afternoon Pattern Papers, Cardstock, Dusty Attic Chipboard, Paper Clips and mists. The trick to this page is layering. I just cut few strip of banners and layer them on top one another. To get the 3D effect i use corrugated board behind the photo for elevation. Misted the background too.

Two layouts - SC Kit

Hey all. I have plenty in my SC kit this month. I did order two add on's and still not done with most of em. The thing is..i'm running low on photo's again. Those left is only photos of moi. Don't want u girls to think that i'm over obsess with myself! lol. Serious..they're all about ME! So i'm saving the few good ones for later. I've got few lo's to finish before end of the month and even a recent mini for Papier class project is left without a photo. Hhhmmmg gotta act fast.

Anyway i did these two lo using my Oct SC kit. A very simple piece. I was in a mood to go minimal. Well that's just me. Unpredictable! lol. I'm not a fan of yellow but..was tempted to try it here. Frankly, still not my fav! Hopefully i have time to blog again tomorrow. Gotta get few things done! Ooowhhh time..more time!

Altered Metal Clip For Scrappin Studio

Hey all, it's been a great day today. It rained almost the whole afternoon n evening but i'm happy cos i managed to get everywhere in time! lol. Yup i avoided the traffic n still plenty of time to kill! Timing is crucial here in KL if u wanna get anywhere n get things done. Perhaps i was lucky! Hahaha.

Anyway back to this posting. I did these altered metal pin for scrappin studio. I found them at a local store selling recycle items and material. It's really huge! Just nice to alter into a bookmark, slip into a card or mini album. The Maya Road Butterfly Chipboard comes with Studio Calico Add On kit Meadow Lark. It looks pretty on the pin! Don't u think? :)))

Hey peeps, i'm still over the moon on my recent dt stint. Now that i'm part of the team the pressure is sure building up! Hahaha..you know the feeling u get when u wanted to give ur best and nothing else! Anyway, worry not..i don't lose sleep over it. I love a lil adventure, a lil adrenaline rush! It keeps me alive!!! lol.

Sharing with u my layout using Papier dt kit. Mostly October Afternoon papers and Cardstock. A simple 8.5 x 11.5 layout. The dress form is die cut from corrugated board and 4 layers of papers altogether.

Hey peeps. Gosh..been busy day in day out! Hardly have enough time to blog! Even a crafting project is taking days to complete. Sorry for the lack of updates. Too much going on with my personal life. Anyway, i did these altered box for a friend. The original box is hers, she wanted me to va va voom it a lil and that's what i did. The thing is i only have the after photo, been absorb with stuff i didn't have time to snap the before make over! lol.

I hope she likes it. Most of the items used is from my stash and G45 papers for the boxes. I have an early class tomorrow, teaching the kids a 12x12 layout. Gotta run off now. Hopefully i have time to blog again. If not..i'll see ya soon.

Mini Album for Hani

A friend requested a beach theme Mini Album. I decided to go with MME's Fine & Dandy Collection. They have the sweetest mini and i also happens to have a few of the pattern papers. Embellishment is mainly from my previous Studio Calico kit.

Glad my friend Hani likes it. I heart the mini myself and if only there's more of those album at the local store i wud love to grab one! Sorry again for the lack of updates girls. Ever since i started Jazzercise things has been hectic non stop and yes i'm back teaching at Papier. Do check out my coming project! I promised to have it done in the course of this week! lol...

Ola gorgeous. I started my Jazzercise class yesterday after 2 months break. Hahaha...it was good but yup i am low on stamina! Only first half of the routine and i'm gasping for air! lol.. Anyway another round of jazzy again tomorrow. Sweat..sweat..sweat!

Creative Scrapper 175

I was planning to submit this for the above challenge blog but...like always miss the deadline..again!!! Duh! I must be so busy eehhhh! lol. Anyway i've enjoyed putting together this page and i simply love the new Bo Bunny line Et Cetera!

I also add a fussy cut flowers from glitz paper and the dress form is diecut from sizzix. The rest of the embellishment is from prima flowers, lace, chipboard stickers. I'm in the midst of creating a Christmas mini album. The thing is..i don't have a photo based on that theme since we don't celebrate Christmas. I just have to make do with photos of my daughter Ally and in case you're wondering why i need to create a Christmas mini it's because the album will be displayed at Papier. Just a little inspiration for those looking for an idea for a handmade gifts.

Hey peeps. Wow i've had a long day! But it was great and worth it! Yup i'm talking about the workshop with Jazz Lee at Papier. You should see what we did!!! It was beyond expectation! I could never think of doing something so creative like what Jazz did! Omg..her work is simply stunning and amazing! I cant get enough staring at my Mini Album and layout! Dont worry..i'll snap a good pic tomorrow when it's brighter and the natural light will do justice to the two beautiful project!

Anyway i'm here to share Scrap It Lah Oct Challenge. For more info kindly go here. I combined Kraft cardstock, Melissa Frances pp, and few Studio Calico goodies in this page. I fussy cut the flowers from Authentic pp. Add an old music sheet paper and hand stitch the scallop design.

I've pack my scrapping bags early, just making sure i did not left out anything. It's a very important day tmrw. It's not often i get to have so much fun! Well i am anticipating a great day! The Forgotten Layouts

Sometimes i had too much photos in my lappy that i tend to forget a layout or two. Well this is not the first time it happens, more so when i don't fancy that particular page. Like these two here..somehow there's some imperfection going on this lo. I know u girls wud say..it's art, no worries bout the lil things but..oowhhh well..it's just..not my best i guess.

Anyway just sharing it here. Hhhmmm yes not my fav..hahaha. I've been busy creating for my dt work at Papier too. I'm supposed to come up with new projects and guess what i have 2 in mind. Will reveal it soon once i've got the green light from the boss! Hehehe.

This coming saturday is something i look forward too. First i've got the chance to attend a class with the ever talented Ms Jazz Lee from singapore. Her work is amazing! Secondly i get to meet my crafter buddies!!!! woohhooooo it's been ages since we had a scrapping session together. Ooowwwhhhh i'm so excited..wish tmrw would just went by in a blink! I cant wait! really...hahaha.

LESSology Challenge #2 - The Trinket Box Challenge

Hey all, this entry is for the above challenge blog. I up cycle hubby's Tag Heuer watch box and turn it into my trinket box to store my charm bracelets. Pattern papers used is from Melissa Frances and Authentic. Blooms are from Prima, Kaisercraft and local shop.

I stick mainly to pastel to create the shabby chic effects and distress the edges with distress ink. Add the rubber handle for easy opening of the box. Did my own stick pin and embellish as i desired. Love this box to bits..it's so me!

Hey peeps this is a short post. Like always the weekend is here and yup things are getting hectic at this household. Aaahhh let's not go there. I'm having too much fun this week and it doesn't stop there. Hahaha. Okay on to this entry.

2 layouts using my Sept Studio Calico kit Glee Club and Debate Team Add On. I heart both lo because one is playing with space, the other is playing with my fav Calico White mist. It's amazing what i manage to create using these kit namely a mini album, Three 12x12 layouts and a 2 page layout! My god this is amazing! I can stretch it way than i could imagine!!!

Cant wait to get my kit next month and see what kind of project i cud come up with. Till then..i hope i'll be able to post something over the weekend if not i'll see u monday. Hey..this is not a short post after all!!!! lol...:))))

Hey all, i kinda not loving the weather now. No sunshine for days, gloomy and raining in the evening. The kind that doesn't inspire you much but maybe just laze around and sleep? Hahaha. Anyway i hope it'll improve soon. I did this lo a couple of days ago. Playing with colors from TCR.

I did lotsa layering and the usual misting. White card stock background, Glitz pattern papers, Prima and Kaisecraft flowers, Blings, Corrugated board, Lace and Alpha. I love taking self potrait and later edit it using instagram. Most of my printed photos is using that application. Ooowwhhh well if ur not that photogenic like me a good effect is really helpful! lol.

Hey all, sorry for being absence. Despite plenty of stuff to share i had to attend to my sick kids. Things are better today. Ally no longer has fever but still on medication and antibiotic till tomorrow. Alif n my helper is recovering well too. Ooowhhhh such a relief! Back to this entry i've got my first 2 page layout to share.

Using my Sept SC kit Glee Club and Debate Team Add On i venture out of my comfort zone and decided to scrap two 8.5'x11' layout. Since i've got plenty of space to play with i've decided to used few photos and minimized on the embellishment. Well i hope u like my first attempt.

Ola ladies..Oowwhhh finally i get some free time to blog!!! Yeaaayyyy to that! It's been a crazy weekend for the family and in between DH caught the gems and was totally down with fever, flu, cough and terrible headache! To make matter worse just yesterday and this morning, my helper follow suit and DD too!!! Wow..seriously??? Hoping they would recover soon.

Ola ladies. I managed to create 3 tags today. Was so happy to finally played with embossing powder and heat gun!!! It's been collecting dust in my drawer! lol. While making the tags i noticed that i only have 12 colors of TH Distress Ink. How sad is that?? 3 years of scrapping and i only have 12! Hahaha. So with that in mind i promise to get myself more colors soon. It's a shame to flaunt only those during a crop party! Hahaha..

Anyway i truly had a great day all by myself creating. I took time planning on what to add to those tags and how i'd like them to look. Pull out my fav laces and sad that i'm running out of those. I made them for a swap buddy who is a great crafty guy that loves quilling! Yup, he's so good and i cant wait to receive mine. Maybe one day i'll try my hands on quilling.

LESSology Challenge #1 - Altered Book

Hey peeps. I had a great day..i'm embracing my inner soul. Hahaha..u wonder what this rambling is all about. It's just that i used to be the accessories queen but ever since the kids and all, i always stick to my usual diamond ring, watch and the occasional silver, leather cord charm bracelet but i break the norm today. I had fun at Diva! Yup i was on fire! Hahaha..must be another hormonal case. I like what i buy and here's a pic of my purchase. Anyway lets get on with the purpose of this entry! lol.

Playing for LESSology first challenge. Here's my altered book inspired by my crafty friend Lynnda Hosni. After reading her entry here. First i had to peel the pages from the plastic cover. After which i applied gesso, mists and distress ink. I used a pattern paper to cover the front and back of the book and add flowers and other embellishment.

So what do u think? Ally was upset when she found out i altered her book! lol..she gave me the sad face but i told her i'll buy her a new ones soon! Wicked mommy!!! lol.

Girl Mini Album For Papier

Before i went for my Hari Raya break i make sure i've completed all of my dt work for Papier. This Mini album is one of those project. The size is 4.5'x5.5'. Small enough to be carried anywhere anyhow..hehehe. I dedicate this album to my darling daughter Allysha. In future i will fill it up with more photos but for now i kept it simple.

To minimize from being bulky i only fussy cut the flowers from pattern papers and add chipboard. The front cover is layered with corrugated board and embellish with lace, flowers, buttons and twine. Have you created a mini lately? If u do pls share it with me. Love to peek into ur creations.

CCCB Challenge Week 73

Hey peeps check out CCCB challenge for this week. Yup as easy as 1-2-3. So here's my take. A card i make using my stash. Those that's been lying around on my craft table! Nothing much really just something that i whipped in less than 20 mins! Hahaha..:)

Anyway i had the busiest weekends! Plenty of Raya open house and a wedding squeeze in between! Not expecting to lose any weight yet but i do hope to have a flat tummy. Remember the baby bump? Yup..working real hard to get those back in shape.

Cards For Scrappin Studio

Hey all. I'd like to share what i did for my dt post at Scrappin Studio. With the remaining of my Aug kit Boardwalk i created a series of cards. The first one is for someone close in my heart and the second series of cards is smaller in sizes, it can be used as a gift tag or a note card.

I love the Remark Adhesive from AC. I leave the space empty so it can be used for all occasion. Just scribble your wording or thoughts and it's good to go with any gifts or perhaps just a thank u note. What i like about SC kit is it's flexibility to create any projects apart from layouts.

It's super hot for me today! I was home and my normal self is back n kicking. Cant stop from reaching my Tonic scissors and scrap away. Still i've left it halfway as the evening progress and gonna complete it by midnight later. For now i'm sharing my first layout after a long break! I started off with TCR. Yup there's something addictive about the color room..u just cant get enough! That's how i feel anyway.

So here it is. Using MF, MME and MM pp's. Hahaha..the three M's. What a coincidence! Anyway, i embellish with lace, dusty attic chipboard, flowers, buttons, twine and doilies. I did manage to organised my scrap table during 'Ramadhan' and what u see here is basically stash that i just put aside for..whatever reason! lol.

Okay hope u'll drop here again tmrw for a new entry. Told ya..i miss routine! So same ol same ol..updates..updates...:))))

SIL August Challenge

Hello peeps. I got home from hometown yesterday. Our flight landed at 9.30 and we reach home by 11. First thing first, i've had a miscarriage about 4 days ago, still weak from the procedure cos before the abortion i've been bleeding for 8 days! I'm paler than those twilight vampy! Hahaha but still in good spirit.

I wanted to scrap badly but for the time being it seems impossible! Maybe i'll just sit and perhaps stare at d papers first and just imagine what i cud do to them! Hahaha. Anyway thanks to all for d kind words and thoughts.

I pray to be given strength to pick up from here and start my old routine soon. I miss a lot of things that i used to do..i'm thinking positive. I'll be back on my feet soon..insyAllah..:)))

8x8 Album for a Friend

Hey all. Ooohhhh sorry for the lack of updates. I am totally mojoless in blogging and crafting. Also it's due to the coming Eid celebration. Busy with cleaning the house and preparing for the celebration. Anyway recently i managed to finished this album that was requested by a friend.

She wanted something big to store her movie tickets and pics so i came out with this 8x8 album. I love the cover that is from Zutter. You can get yours at Scrappin studio. Maddie said to make the album a simple one and so i came out with a really simple one! Hahaha.

OUAS Aug 15th Challenge

Ola ladies! How are u girls doing? I'm great so far no sign of morning sickness yet but the occasional nausea happens during the night. I cant seems to eat in big potion it has to be light but frequent. So i'm sticking to that for now. No buffet or big meals but just something light. I seems to hate milky drink too but favor anything with lemon or sour. The worst part is...i cant seems to concentrate on scrapping. Yup i sit at my desk and stare at the papers! Swell isnt it! Hahaha...

Anyway, if u happens to love anything about this layout then it proves i still can do a lil of this n that and not total blah! I hope it will continue this way but i can only create a few over a period of a week. I still buy stuff..hahaha..cant help it doll. The journalling on my lo is from Celine Dion's song 'Because u love me'.

I love this lo cos it has pictures of my dad n my kids. They adore him to bits. 'Atok' in malay means 'Grandpa'. I wish to frame this piece and hopefully will do that soon. Thanks for dropping by here and leaving me much love.

Gift Basket For Scrappin Studio

My entry over at Scrappin Studio using Aug kit 'Boardwalk'. Since 'Eidul Fitri' is just a week away i've decided to take this opportunity to create a gift basket for the occasion. With the coming festive, i'm sure a lot of us will get invites to an open house or gathering. What better way than to present the host with your handmade gifts!

I created this box using the 12 x 12 cardboard that came in the kit. Cover it with pattern papers and embellish. The 3D Flowers is die cut with Sizzix dies. I add a gift tag to go with the small but meaningful gifts. Hope you're inspired to create something special with ur SC kit. Remember to always think out of the box!

About pregnancy and being featured

Hey peeps. First thing first..i am barely 4 weeks pregnant. Dr said it's very early and looking at the scan i can only spot a black dot. Hehehe. So i'm praying and hoping things will be okay for the next 3 months or so. Thanks to all of u for the well wishes over here and at my FB page too! My tummy looks bloated, Doctor said it's the stomach muscle relaxing and preparing for the baby's growth. Yup barely a month and i look like i'm way into my third! Seriously it's a big bump..u'll sure to notice! Hahaha.

Second good news..i was featured as the top 5 over at OUAS. I'm just happy that i've not lost my mojo even though i slept most days! lol. Yup a sleepy head in the making..Oohhh i hope i wont feel this way for the remaining months! I hardly scrap nowadays, unlike my 2/3 lo per day. Sometimes i can only do 1 in 2/3 days. Hhhmmm i was thinking too..maybe after my third month to let go of all my dt's work and perhaps on teaching too. I'm not sure if i'm able to create. As of now..i'm too lazy to even thinking about it. Oowwhh well i'll give myself a few more months before deciding eehhh.

Yeeaaahhaaaa Public holiday is so much fun!!! Got the kids at home with me and yup going out for a lil shopping trip with my mom n dad. Iftar later at SACC mall. What more could i asked for? I'm happy just to be me!!! Ooppsss eerrr baby story..will update tomorrow. I didn't get to see my Dr on monday she's full till thursday. So..hopefully more updates soon. If u ask me how far my pregnancy is? My guess would be 4 to 5 weeks..max. So, hoping everything went okay.

Today, i've got a mini to share. Something that i did out of boredom??? Hahaha. Anyway, i'm planning to give this to someone..just a lil surprise for her..hehehe. Hey ladies, thanks for the well wishes on my previous post. I'm going for a full check up tomorrow and yes will update on the outcome later. Since i found out about my pregnancy my body took a 360 degrees turn. I'm tired and sleepy on most time it must be the mind playing another psychology thingy! Aaarrgghhh so another new term begin. Yes please expect lack of updates! lol.

Anyway, i did this lo like last week and since i've got nothing new to share thought i'd share this with u today. Using my Aug SC kit i did this pretty simple piece but i did stitch those flowers together. The rest misting and fussy cut.
